business casual.

The business casual dress code is a beautiful policy because it allows my outfits to transition nicely from work to out-of-office activities. Both pieces below are from Madewell. I fell in love with the detail of the white silk button down and its diversity. It can be worn layered (as pictured) or casual: tied at the bottom with jeans. As for the dress, simply stated, it fits well! If the silhouette makes me look like I have a butt – it’s a go.
